Patrice Bergeron Is Going After Selke Number Four At This Years NHL Awards

Bergeron Is Going After Selke Number 4

Boston Bruins veteran forward Patrice Bergeron has been nominated for the sixth time for the Frank J. Selke Trophy. This ward goes to the best defensive forward in the league. Bergeron has won it three times already.

If I had it my way he would win every year. He is by far one of the greatest all-around players of our lifetime, arguably the best all-around. He has one of the highest faceoff percentages in the league every year, better than Sydney Crosby.

Bergeron is my favorite and many others favorite for his style of play. He is just so fun to watch and if you are a player then he is a great guy to model your game after. I hope this guy never leaves the Bruins, but if he does he will still be a Bruin in our hearts but I am 99 percent sure he will stay. The other one percent would be if Quebec gets a team back he would then want to go play in his home and play for his childhood favorite team.

Hers is a video that proves he is the clear winner for this years Selke. The two other guys up for the award are Ryan Kesler  2011’s winner and Mikko Koivu.
