Boston Red Sox vs New York Mets Spring Training Lineups

Today the Boston Red Sox take on the New York Mets in their Grapefruit League Debut for 2017. With the Red Sox defeating the Northeastern Huskies on Thursday they are looking to face opposing Major League talent for the first time this season.

The Red Sox have some of their regulars scheduled in the lineup against the Mets with Ramirez, JBJ, and Benintendi leading the pack of notable players to watch. Owens will be getting the ball to start as the trio of David Price, Rick Porcello, and Chris Sale will not be starting until next week. After Owens, Farrell will be sending Roenis Ellias out to the hill to start against the Twins on Saturday
