New England Revolution Schedule for 2020 Released by MLS

The 2020 New England Revolution schedule is finally here. On Wednesday MLS released New England’s 34 match slate that kicks off in Montreal on February 29th. New England’s home opener is the following weekend with the Revs hosting Chicago on March 7th.

New England will play every Eastern Conference opponent twice and will play ever Western Conference opponent once except for FC Dallas, LA Galaxy, and the Vancouver Whitecaps.

As for expansion teams the Revolution will host Inter Miami on June 27th and then Nashville SC on July 11th.

New England’s final stretch of the 2020 season could be a fairly difficult stretch. 7 of the final 10 matches are on the road. Another rough patch will be in August when five of their six matches are on the road.

From a league perspective 2020 will feature the most nationally broadcasted matches in MLS history. 10 matches on ABC, 20 on EPSN, 1 on ESPN2, 4 on FOX, 30 on FS1, 14 on Univision, 18 on UNIMAS, 8 on CTV. In addition, ESPN+ will once again carry out of market matches with 345 on-tap for 2020 bringing ESPN’s total broadcasted matches total to 376.
